Orders are picked and packed from our California facility within 1–2 business days, and standard US delivery typically lands in 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your distance from the West Coast. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with the original tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Most pieces are cut with a modern boxy or oversized fit, so they're designed to sit roomy. Every product page lists the specific fit plus the model's height and the size they're wearing as a reference. When in doubt, size down for a closer look or stay true-to-size for the intended drape — and you can always email us your measurements for a personal recommendation.

Every Reserved LA piece is designed in-house in Los Angeles and produced with a small group of trusted manufacturing partners, then quality-checked before it ships from our facility in Rancho Cordova, California.
